Horrible customer service and you have to wait way to long to even talk to anyone at the company about anything.

Solara/Adapt Health do not seem to care about customers. It is almost impossible to get in touch with them since they put you on hold for up to an hour. They also lie. I was told that if I needed help with my Freestyle Libre they could help but then they turn around and say that they can't do that. Bad customer service, making clients wait forever and lack of concern seem to be the way Solara/Adapt Health are run.

1. Understafffed, and unskilled, agents are rude and unhappy with their job. 2. Why can't you provide an itemized statement with diagnosis code on every invoice? I could pay immediately with that. 3. If I could get through on the phone I would ask for an itemized statement with a diagnosis code. 4. After requesting and not receiving an itemized statement with diagnosis code then you threaten me with a service charge if I don't pay... 5. If you cannot provide good service, be friendly and professional they why don't you close your company? 6, I am waiting for your answer, but I know you will not.

I have received an immense amount of calls from many numbers Ridiculous. They won't stop. I block the number they call from,then they call from a different number. I would never ever use SOLARA.

I have had a horrible experience over and over again. I try to order supplies and have to jump through so many hoops only to NEVER receive my supplies. The newest excuse is that my insurance is inactive...except it isn't. I have the same insurance I have had for over a decade. I am now weeks without necessary supplies.

No Knowledge About Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Requirements

SOLARA MEDICAL SUPPLIES Diabetes Specialty Division of ADAPTHEALTH cant provide receipt for the charge against my Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Credit card for an insulin pump. FSA will not pay unless there is a document showing the Credit card charge went for the insulin pump. FSA Administrator refuses to allow the charge as there is no document SOLARA MEDICAL SUPPLIES can provide that links the FSA credit card charge to the pump on an invoice or receipt.

Today I called Solara about a simple request: Q1. HOW CAN I GET A COPY OF A DETAILED INVOICE THAT IS ACCEPTABLE TO MY FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA) ADMINISTRATOR? The FSA Administrator requires an itemized receipt of medical supplies that you can submit to them for reimbursement. The so-called "invoices" in Solara's PAYMENT HISTORY page provides NO DETAIL acceptable. So when the FSA Administrator rejects the payment and you request the Solar Accounts Payable (AP), they are unwilling and unable to provide this. Solara cannot inform you when they can send you an itemized invoice for a pump. Instead they provide a CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION REPORT that does not even list WHAT supplies or devices - as well as their costs - were charged against your FSA Crédit Card. This means a Customer will not be able to use their FSA Credit card but will have to foot the bill (invoice) themselves. Trying to explain this to the Solara folks on the phone is a fruitless effort. I have been put on WAIT and this has taken well over 2 hours of waiting. And the people on the Solara phones will HANG UP on you - as they did me.

Pissed off customer

This company likes to hold invoices and bill multiples at once, they do not like to answer calls or you have an hour or more wait times, no communication between them and customers. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they put you on hold and hang up.

Service and responsiveness. Very frustrating experience and multiple phone calls required to resolve problem. Waited about 100 minutes on phone for an answer. They are not responsive to customer needs. It has been very frustrating trying to do business with them. I am looking for a new durable medical vendor.

Solara doesn't ship supplies as promised. I've been waiting 4 weeks and as of today, I have not received my Dexcom6. Solara has phone issues. I called Solara to check on my Dexcom6 supplies; and the number was disconnected on 2 occasions. I called back and a representative answered after holding for 35 mins. The Solara representative stated she was clueless as to what was going on with the company. She stated Solara had issues and she did not want to say anymore for fear of giving the company a bad name. The Solara representative transfered me to another representative who stated my order was shipped that day; of course that was 4 weeks ago. Solara has unprofessional and unknoweable customer service staff. Staff have no knowledge of what's going on; Staff are coached to tell you that your supplies are in the Quality Department and there is no Quality Department. I don't think there's a Shipping Department either based on my experience. The representative sent me a survey and tagged it "Pissed Consumer " I would never use that language. Such unprofessionalism And poor service. ASPN needs to cancel Solara as a supplier. They are not meeting the customer needs. I've been sticking my fingers for my glucose reading for 4 ,weeks now. My fingers are numb.

I cannot believe that Solara is still in business! I have been a type 1 diabetic for over 30 YEARS and I have never had to deal with a more negligent medical supply company. The ONLY reason I had to use them was because of my insurance company which SOLARA charged for supplies that I NEVER received. For 2 years I have NEVER received my supplies on time or the amount that SOLARA billed my insurance for. I have had to go over a month without my pump waiting on SOLARA to get my supplies shipped. Everything you call their customer service you will be told one of three different reasons for you not receiving your supplies: 1) It's already shipped and on its way (this is the one SOLARA uses the most and its complete B.S.) 2) Your prescription is out of date and they're waiting on your doctor to send prescription (Also, a lie. My doctor never received a new request but they sent a new one anyway even though my prescription on file was still good hoping this would help me get my supplies) 3) SOLARA has not received payment from your insurance company (Also, a lie. Called my insurance company and there was not any claims that had not been paid. In fact, they paid for claims from SOLARA that I have never received. SOLARA IS A SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR INSURANCE FRAUD! I have paid thousands out of pocket for supplies that SOLARA has been paid for but has never shipped to me.

Terrible company. I give it one star out of 5 because only 1 out 5 customer reps is helpful. The rest don’t give correct information. They flat out lie!!! I have a battle with them with almost every.

The most recent one was the rep that told me on February 20, 2023 that my dexcom sensors would ship in a few days. Here it is March 14, 2023. I have called 5 times in the last 5 business days and only one person took the time to help. A hold was put on my account that nobody notified me of. They needed notes from my doctor and said they had sent two faxes. My doctors office claims they only got the one on March 8. They replied on the 10th and got confirmation that it was received. Two phone call today with a call back wait time of 50 minutes. Had terrible connection so they hung up. Called back an hour ago. Still no call back.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. I was able to call Solara Medical and found out there was a phone app.

to see ordered items. The app does not appear to be from Solara Medical.

They informed me that a AUTO order was sent out the end of December that was not requested and I am tried to duel shipments from 2 vendors that Medicare will not cover. Plan to block additional shipments.
